 Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging and condition.

  • Certain products (such as personal care items, perishable goods, or customized orders) are not eligible for return.

 How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us at contact@wenecco.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

  2. If the item is defective or damaged, please include clear photos for faster processing.

  3. Once approved, our team will share detailed instructions on how to send the item back.

 Return & Exchange Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • For exchanges, we will cover the shipping cost of sending the replacement item back to you.

 Refunds

  • After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

  • Please note: return shipping costs (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund.

 Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery.

  • Eligible only for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • If you ordered the wrong size or color, please contact us — we’ll do our best to assist you.

  • Once we receive and approve your return, your replacement item will be shipped within 5–7 business days.

 Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account or payment provider.

  • Refunds may take additional time depending on your bank or card issuer.
