  • Once approved, we will share instructions for sending the item back.

  • Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning the item for exchange (unless the item was defective or wrong).
  • We will cover the shipping cost of sending the new exchanged item back to you.

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your replacement will be shipped within 5-7 business days.
